Terms:
- Check-in: After 1 PM | Check-out: Before 10 AM
- Valid government photo ID (Aadhar, Driving License, Passport) required for guests above 18.
- Refundable security deposit of ₹12,000 required at check-in; damages or rule violations will be deducted.
- Outside food is not allowed.
- Kitchen access is restricted (allowed only for infants with prior permission).
- No outside guests or day visitors allowed.
- Bachelor groups & stag parties allowed.
- No parties or loud music after 10 PM.
- Alcohol allowed only in moderation.
- Drugs, narcotics, firearms, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- Smoking inside the villa/rooms is not allowed.
- Pool is unguarded; children must be supervised by adults.
- Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
- Violation of rules may lead to booking cancellation or eviction.
Reservation & Cancellation:
- 100% advance payment plus 18% taxes required at the time of booking.
- Free cancellation within 12 hours of booking (only for direct website bookings).
- After 12 hours, bookings cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded.
- Free cancellation is not applicable if check-in is within 7 days of booking.
- No refund will be provided for partial payments.
- Cancellations are not allowed on peak dates.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days.
